Who We Are /

theboyhasnopatience — or "TBHNP" for short — was founded by DJ CELL in 2023. The name was inspired by the George Lucas Star Wars saga.

In an era where patience is in short supply, "the boy has no patience" isn't just the literal image of an impatient kid. It's a reminder: we all move too fast, and we owe real patience to the people and the things we love.

The brand draws its energy from HIP-HOP culture, street scenes, fashion aesthetics, visual imagery, party formats, digital music and 3D art — folding them into a more diversified creative expression. We're here to take over and explore a new scene.

The adidas Originals Drop /

theboyhasnopatience and adidas Originals officially collaborated, using 3D printing to create a unique mold for the Superstar II. The shell toe is inspired by a medieval knight's shield, while the upper and sides reference the multi-section structure of knight's armor.

The medieval-knight installation and shoe mold went viral both online and offline at the Shanghai "SHELL TOE STREET" event and ComplexCon 2025 in Hong Kong.

The Universe /

Our visual style is unified by iconic elements — castles, vampires, bats and moonstones. Each season is designed around these core motifs and built into a carefully constructed fictional world that gives the collection its narrative backdrop.

The 2023 "LUNAR ECLIPSE NIGHT" collection opened a parallel universe inspired by the blood moon — the phenomenon created when the Moon enters Earth's shadow during a lunar eclipse. Through the "Prequel" and "Trilogy," the brand tells a complete fictional story carried forward through collections like ECLIPSE OF THE BLOOD MOON, DISCIPLE III and LUMINOUS DAWN.

Our world extends into 3D art and concept work, too — like the New Era collaboration artwork created by TBHNP member Jackboi, centred around "Skeletons and the Mad Hatter," "Medieval Hat Trick" and "Lava Pool Joke Party."

On Stage & On Tour /

From ComplexCon Hong Kong to Paris Fashion Week pop-ups and Tokyo showrooms, TBHNP brings its world to the global stage. Back home, our "Truck Tour" rolls into community culture directly — staging offline pop-ups across Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xiamen, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Changsha, Haikou and Wuhan.
