Sizing & Fit
How do your sizes run — true to size, or should I size up?

Each product page lists exact measurements (chest, length, shoulder, sleeve) in centimeters. Always check those numbers against a garment you already own rather than relying on the S/M/L label, as fit varies between styles.

Most of our tops are cut with a relaxed, boxy streetwear fit. If you're between sizes or want an oversized look, size up.

Where is the size chart?

You'll find a size guide with full measurements on every product page, just below the size selector. Measurements are flat-lay in centimeters.

I'm between two sizes — which should I pick?

Compare the product's chest and length measurements to a piece you wear often. For a closer fit choose the smaller size; for a looser, layered streetwear look choose the larger. Email us your height and weight and we'll recommend a size.

Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $7.99. Orders over $99 ship free.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 10–20 business days depending on your destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs rules are the same as described in this section unless stated otherwise at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & Import Fees
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Possibly. For orders shipped to your country, local customs authorities may charge tax or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely by country — if you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

· Unworn   · Unwashed   · Returned in their original packaging

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email theboyhasnopatience@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to change of mind or sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, we cover it — see below.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what now?

We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including any loose rhinestones or defects). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product & Materials
Is the leather real?

Our leather jackets and pants are made from high-quality faux (PU) leather, not animal leather, unless a product page states otherwise. Belts and certain trims may use genuine leather — check the individual product description.

Will the rhinestones or studs fall off?

Our rhinestones and hardware are securely set, but they're decorative details — to keep them intact, hand wash gently, avoid harsh scrubbing, and don't machine-tumble dry. The occasional stone may loosen over time with heavy wear; if one falls off shortly after delivery, contact us.

How do I care for my pieces?

Faux leather: wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not machine wash or tumble dry. Rhinestone / embellished items: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Cotton tees & knits: machine wash cold inside-out, hang dry to preserve prints. Always check the care label on the garment.

Will the color match the photos?

We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and the secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best — once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed.
